Adding a Subdomain - "3rd Party Name Server"

Hello- I’m trying to add a subdomain but when I go to my domain host, it says any changes won’t take effect here due to 3rd party name server (Cloudflare). Any guidance how I add a subdomain and have it point to the same IP?

What the message says. You need to create that on Cloudflare’s side, not your host’s.
