Can’t create a sub-domain as per the instructions by the service that needs the sub-domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

read cloudflare documentation that says I need to create a new website

Add a CNAME record

Value: domains.amp-dns.net

That is not a subdomain. @ is a shortcut for your root domain (example.com).

If you want to create a subdomain, enter test for test.example.com.
