What is the name of the domain?

esm-snabduvanje.mk

What is the error message?

We are unable to communicate with Yahoo and other banking domains

What is the issue you’re encountering

Mails send from our domain, are bounced and doesn’t reach it’s destination - mail.esm-snabduvanje.mk

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We’ve added a PTR record in our DNS zone, but unfortunately with no luck

The PTR record needs to be created by the owner of the IP address, likely your host or ISP. They may have an option to do so in their dashboard, otherwise you will need to contact them.
