I’m adding a long dkim record from click funnels 2.0, and when it propogates it’s putting the 2nd half of the record over the first half so it’s not able to be verified by clickfunnels.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Deleted the record and re added it
I’m using copy and paste so no chance i’m entering wrong
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS records
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Just go look at my dns records for the domain and see that the bottom half of this record is showing up above the first half. Clickfunnels support said this
"The 3rd party service detects the TXT record incorrectly, meaning the issue lies with the record. Once it is resolved the TXT record will verify in ClickFunnels "
Did you enter the whole DKIM record into a single record for 1717711253?
Due to the size, long DKIM records are split over 2 TXT records. You don’t need to do anything as Cloudflare and DNS tools will handle that in the backgroud, but a query for your record is returning two separate rather than a linked result…
Just spotted, you have delegated _domainkey to namebrightdns.com nameservers. If you want the records set in Cloudflare to be used, you need to delete the 2 NS records for _domainkey in your Cloudflare DNS.
In your screenshot you are also delegating www so you need to check if that’s what you want to do.
