My client is asking me to create a CNAME record with those value : Awesome Screenshot
BUT when i saved it, the “.” at the end is removed : Awesome Screenshot
What to do ??

Don’t sweat it. That is normal behavior on Cloudflare. The dot simply isn’t shown, but the effect of the dot will be present in the generated zone data.
If you were running your own DNS server and editing raw DNS zone files and forgot the dot, the resulting CNAME would be www.okteo.fr.cobevim.fr.
You can confirm that the correct CNAME is returned by performing a DNS lookup on extranet.cobevim.fr. You will see that www.okteo.fr is returned as expected (once you actually create the record).
