I am trying to add 2 sites and keep getting this error - zone is on hold. There is no hold and i don’t know who used it before here.
The domains can be sent by DM, we are the owners and they are at Cosmotown and redirect to our main site.
we want to add them here to check traffic and unable to do so. Please resolve this urgently.

There is no hold
The domains are on hold or you wouldn’t see that notice. Cosmotown is known to do that. You should be able to get them to remove the hold by asking them to do so.
