Add user entered tags to API keys

For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I am not receiving an error. This is an enhancement request

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

After issuing several API keys, the issue date and domain are the only distinguishing elements between them. If I issue several keys for the same domain with the same permissions, it is almost impossible to figure out which one to disable if needed. Can you add a user-entered tag that can be seen so we can keep track of which is which?
