You will need to raise a Cloudflare support ticket to ask for help to get the zone hold removed.

i did but no reply yet and also here is community mod can easily flag my issue to cloudflare support team and they fix it fast.

Have you tried tweeting or posting to HackerNews? Cloudflare support is critically understaffed so you other option is simply to reply to that email failing and wait for weeks.

no i didnt but i think its very common issue and i saw previous threads which people facing the same error.
