Hi bro just saw this, I am also facing similar error.
This error appears when we add a new site to Cloudflare, in mycase I am adding a .dev extension domain that I bought today.

Hi everyone, I am trying to add a domain to Cloudflare websites with .dev extendsion but getting an error.

Did you have that domain active on Cloudflare in the past?
yes I have that domain active in the cloud fare then later I have deleted my account then I have create on the same mail id

Tried 2 separate domains. Purchased through porkbun whom use Cloudflare nameservers already… not sure if that’s an issue?
Cloudflare is aware of and investigating this issue. If would help a lot if you could share the domain(s) you are trying to add, as it will help Cloudflare identify the root cause.
