Add reverse DNS for Email

Hello, im try to solve my mail Problem. I must say i´m a noob in this, than sorry for my Question. :slight_smile:

On when i look on [Email Deliverability] on Cpanel… Than i get a Problem on REVERSE DNS (PTR).

I already added a dns a record, but its not solved.

REVERSE DNS (PTR)

The system uses an alternate HELO of “ip-59-22.4vendeta.com” when sending mail from the “xyz.to” domain.

The system sends the domain “ip-59-22.4vendeta.com” in the SMTP handshake for this domain’s email. “ip-59-22.4vendeta.com” does not resolve to any IP addresses.

To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they create a DNS “A” record for “ip-59-22.4vendeta.com” whose value is “79.124.59.22”.

Maybe somone can help me and Provide me a solution to get my emails working.

You’d need to talk to the host (4vendeta?) and ask them to create the dNS entry as they control the IP address space where the record would be created.
