Add payment method issue (Code: 1292)

For 5 days I have opened ticket number: #2090365 , Because I can’t add my new card as a primary payment method to upgrade my subscription to Pro Plan.

And this alert is shown: For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile. Contact [email protected] for assistance. (Code: 1292)

I hope if anybody can help me.

Did you reply to that ticket to let them know it’s still not fixed? @laurie usually checks on these tickets.
