Hi,

Normally when you are using servers like Microsoft and other providers - they expect your DNS Records to resolve to the hostnames/IP’s they are expecting in order for them to validate that you have correctly configured the records.

Make sure any DNS records you have configured resolve as expected, by using a testing tool like - https://www.digwebinterface.com/

Make sure you are not proxying any of the CNAME DNS records they have asked you to configure (change them to grey-clouded/dns-only) - Proxy status · Cloudflare DNS docs

If your still not having much luck, if you can share the domain name and the DNS records they asked you to create and we can test to see why they may not be resolving.
