I couldn’t add DNS to my new domain (I just purchased it from Cloudflare)

This was due to the following incident, which is now recovering: Cloudflare Status - HTTP 500 errors when modifying DNS records, Pages projects, Workers subdomains. I would try now, and follow that status page for any other updates/try again when resolved if you still run into issues.
