May I ask if you’re using a free or paid plan type? 
Only paid plan types can modify custom WAF error pages, if that’s the question, or rather the specific “bot blocking page”?

I am on business plan, so I am able to personalize my WAF custom rule blocking page.
I am looking to do the same with the Bot blocking page (incl. Super Bot Fight Mode).
