How to replace these servers

Can someone advise on this information sent from Shopify: (Maybe it was just the ‘transfer code’ that was missing in order for Cloudflare to complete the transfer? Any help would be appreciated.)

It is also important to note that while the domain may show the registrar to be Tucows, any update or change to a Shopify domain would need to be completed via your admin. We do not have access to Tucow’s accounts.

Once the domain has been unlocked and a code provided for [Transferring the domain to a third party provider], you can share the transfer code with your new reseller and this should be the only detail that is required for the transfer to take place. We would recommend double-checking with your new provider if you can simply reset the DNS settings as they were and provide them the transfer code for the transfer to begin.

From our internal resources we do see that the domain was unlocked and the transfer code generated, but the transfer doesn’t appear to have been initiated yet. It is important to note that as Shopify, we can only share instructions on how to access your domain’s settings and edit them, but we do not have access or visibility on other providers’ systems or requirements.
