Activation Error as the domain is already under different account

CloudFlare is already activated for “scheduleworld.co” under a different account. If you want to enable CloudFlare through this partner, please log in to your CloudFlare account and choose “Disconnect” on your CloudFlare DNS Settings page.

I don’t remember if I linked this domain with any third party or directly and as of now I don’t see this domain listed in my account. Please delete this domain from any other domain or transfer it in my account. If you need any domain authentication then kindly tell me.
