Cloudflare dashboard account activation emails do not come through.
All other emails (including community activation and support ticket) are received without issue.
O365 email flow on my end shows no blocked messages related to Cloudflare.
Support ticket 01327953 was opened and received one response but now not responding for several days…
Seems to be a common issue based on the number of similar posts.
The account as a whole. I can’t set anything up until the admin email is verified and I can’t verify the admin address until the verification email comes through. Zero Trust will be used eventually but I can’t even get that far with the account in its current state.
Also - I’ve set things up for 2 other clients in the past using the same process (so far as I can tell) without issue. For some reason it isn’t working this time. I suspect it is related to the email alias not being ready when first activated the account. It gave a bounceback (this was verified in the initial support ticket response) but whatever they did failed to clear the block as I’m still not getting the emails. Then communication stopped on support ticket… so… trying here…
