Activation email not being received

Hello All,

I saw a couple of similair topics, we seem to be in the same boat.
We have been using CF for a bit, but not really actively.
I wanted to setup Zero trust, and port over a couple of domains.
Tried to create an API key and I get the, your email is not validated.
So tried to validate, no email is being received (even pressed the link that the team forgot to press on creation) but nothing; we receive stats, newsletters (which is a bit surprising if you don’t confirm that the email is yours) just not the activation email.
