What is the issue you’re encountering
We are unable to successfully connect our subdomain to Shopify. I would like to enable O2O for this subdomain so that we can be successful, or at least eliminate that as a problem
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have tried numerous steps including disabling proxy entirely, pointing to multiple different subdomains and the root domain, none of which have solved this problem.
