Action URL for email campaigns

Hi,

I was asked by my email campaign provider to add a CNAME record so that all unsubscribe links will contain my website domain instead of a third party domain (like Andromeda .com).

However, after I set the CNAME, only http:// version of my website works but the https:// version does not work.

Please help.
