Hi, I recieved an email with title “ACTION REQUIRED User Billing verification step required for your Cloudflare account”. Is this a scam mail? I click the link to look at, but I closed afterwards. Now it is not available. What should I do?
It sounds like Cloudflare is requiring additional verification for billing purposes. The best course of action is for you to provide the requested information following the instructions in the email.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Hi, even I am facing this issue of stripe link which got expired, did the customer support help you as I did email them a lot of times and even wrote a support ticket which I now can’t access.
