Action Required - Update nameservers


I setted up a new domain from the account of my client.
On his account the configuration is ok and i have no problem.

Then i give rights to my account to be able to handle it from my account (more simple)
From my account the NS are not setted up. I even receive a email that said i need to update them.
What can i do ?
