What is the issue you’re encountering

I have hosted my website in Europe hosting environment and I see the Cloudflare has connected to US. The website is forcused on Europe and I don’t see a benefit of routing customer traffic back and forth between EU and US. As of now there is performance issue as well

That shows that you are connecting to Cloudflare in Stockholm SE, not via the US.
