I can’t access to my account and my website are offline
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tonight I receive an email from downtime service that my website are all offline. I try to access to cloudflare but I can’t login. I create again my account with same email but there is no website connected. All is offline and I can’t receive email because is also connected with Cloudflare. Please help me, I cannot believe that. I can’t access to my bank, to my PayPal
Hi! I have received an email which says this problem is solved but in my account didn’t have any domain and I can’t use it. This can be fixed? I’ve seen now your are the same person that respond to my ticket. I’m grateful for your help, please I need to recover this situation. Thank you
Hi, I have the same problem. Account with no domain, ticket open but no response except is related to this accident. Why Cloudflare team mark as resolved when so many people still have this problem? Now is 4th day without service. Please, if you care about your users, communicate with them.
Hi, partially resolved. Following the instruction gived by the support, I have added again the domain. But in the dashboard now I have new nameservers (resulting updating) with the site currently online (using old nameserver). I can’t receive emails. Support is not responding for two days
