I had an account with more than 8 sites with the following today I tried to login to manage those sites and I get the error that my email is not registered and I don’t have Cloudflare account, so I am facing this problem, how can I communicate directly with support to help me with this case.

You should use the https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email email tool, follow the instructions and check where you receive the email.
you can use https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help if that does not work.
