I have contacted OpenSRS who host the domain name and they are saying name servers are propagated correctly. There is timing out. See below from them. The account has not been suspended by OpenSRS.

The domain is not hosted by Cloudflare. And a suspended domain would not show this kind of error message. Click “Contact your hosting provider“, which leads to Airhead FX. Probably another customer on a shared hosting, idk. Didn’t check their page.
Go to the Overview section of the Cloudflare Dashboard for your domain and click “Pause Cloudflare on Site.” It’s in the lower right corner of the screen. It takes five minutes to take effect. After that, you’re bypassing Cloudflare’s website services and this will help you isolate the problem.
