What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
My billing account was suspended for using a card of a U.S based friend when my account was overdue & none of my India issued credits cards were working(I tried 5) and no paypal option was available. As soon as I received the notification email, I replaced the card with a card which was issued in my own name. But still my account was suspended and there has been no response from support teams to multiple tickets.
