What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I receive error 1022 when trying to login, and any DNS lookups don’t return any records for my domains. I have a ticket #3324455 but I can’t upgrade to higher priority support since I can’t access the account anymore, and the account I’m posting from now is an account I created just so that I can post here and can’t upgrade it as there aren’t any domains on it.
This seems like a nightmare as it appears you’ve deleted my account and I can’t get in touch with you as my business is completely down as a result. Please help urgently.
I’ve currently diverted it via another registrar and is active now, but still don’t have access to my Cloudflare account and other domains I have with Cloudflare.
Yes it is shocking how the whole account can just be deleted without warning, you literally wake up to your business being erased and have to make other plans. All while waiting to still hear back.
Having the same issue here as well! Re-registered with the same credentials as before this incident and my domain is gone from my dashboard and no longer works. Hope this gets fixed soon.
I have the same question. My cloudflare account was found to be unable to log in at 8:00 UTC+8 on July 2, 2024. I tried to retrieve my password, but couldn’t receive a password reset email.
Then I tried to register Cloudflare again using the original email address, and it surprisingly succeeded, but I lost control of three domains under that account.
What should I do next to restore my account and domain name?

Experiencing the same, created this account so I can reply to this as I can no longer login to my main account it says my email and password does not match, no sites are working and I have 6 sites on cloudflare, please prioritise this problem as I have 10s of thousands of traffic being lost currently.
this happened to me yesterday as well. my domains are registered with cloudflare were renewed and now I can not log into that account because its just gone.
I am in the same boat. I created this account because I have no access, and then upgraded to business to chat. Got no where. This is not a joking matter. No email, no client communication. Its been almost 16 hours since I was kicked out of the dashboard and now I can’t log in
