Looking to move our company’s domain registration process over to Cloudflare. Our marketing team picks out and registers any new domains, but obviously don’t handle any of the setup. What scoped role(s) would they need to be able to register those new domains but not be able to edit anything like DNS?

Whenever you add a new member to your account, you can assign specific roles to these users. For Account Scoped Roles, you could assign the role Administrator Read Only
which allows access to the full account in read-only mode. For the full list of Account Scoped Roles, please see the resource below:
I had seen that list. But from the descriptions I couldn’t tell which one allowed registering new domains.
Did you have any info on which role allows for registering of a domain? I can’t see one that specifies that. We don’t want marketing people messing with DNS, but they need to be able to register. So just trying to find the least-privileged level that could do that.
Hello, thank you for your reply, and our apologies for the delay. @dbell1

It looks like you will need to assign the Billing role which only allows users to edit the account’s billing profile and subscriptions.
