I followed all steps for lost 2FA recovery.
After submitting the form at dash.cloudflare.com/login-help, Cloudflare send by email a link to verify the request. Email subject is “[Cloudflare]: Verify your login help request”. The link inside the mail throw the error that you can see in the original post attachment.

So my support request is not validated.

Is the support system of Cloudflare functional ?
