Account plan not convert from free to pro after the paymnet
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I purchased the Pro plan last year, but due to a late payment for account renewal, my account was converted from Pro to Free. Although I have since made the payment, my account has not been restored to Pro status. I have opened a support ticket, but I have not received a response yet.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have made the payment for my account renewal, but my account has not yet been converted from Free to Pro. When I go to the subscription section to change the plan, it prompts me to make the payment again from my card, even though I have already paid for the renewal.
