What is the name of the domain?
krokonuts.club
What is the error number?
1000
What is the error message?
DNS points to prohibited IP
What is the issue you’re encountering
My old account ([email protected] ) isn’t accessible anymore due to the fact that jupimail.com doesn’t exist anymoren, which means I can’t receive 2FA codes. I have made another account, and added my domains, but this error shows up. I’m stuck here, because I can’t do much more.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS records
You will need to change the automatically imported DNS records to the correct values.
The automatic import does not work for zones already using Cloudflare.

Thank you for your reply. Where am I supposed to see the correct values?
You would get the DNS records you need to add from whatever service provider you are using.
Your host for website DNS records, your email service for email DNS records and so on.

Indeed that’s what I did previously. I changed my NS directly from my registrar to point to the new account’s Cloudflare NS. That’s exactly when this issue appeared. It looks like the domain is already “claimed” from my old account, and I can’t move it by just changing NS.
No, you move your domain by changing your Nameservers. There is no “claiming” other than setting the nameservers.
That is to be expected. You need to change the DNS records to the correct values.

What do you mean “You need to change the DNS records to the correct values”? I changed my NS from Cloudflare DNS | Authoritative and Secondary DNS to Cloudflare DNS | Authoritative and Secondary DNS , that’s when I had the error 1000 . Is that what you’re saying by “DNS record”? Because other than that, I’ve got no DNS record on my domain.
DNS records are how you tell Cloudflare what to do with your domain.
Cloudflare automatically imports some DNS records when you add a domain, but this doesn’t work for domains that are already using Cloudflare.
So you will need to manually edit these. You can find the menu here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records (select your domain)

I get it, you mean it’s actually looping and that’s causing this error right?
I mean that the DNS records that Cloudflare automatically imported are wrong and that you need to replace them with the correct DNS records.
