What is the issue you’re encountering
I cannot access my account - its simply missing
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I tried to log into my Cloudflare account - initially with save credetials in browser, failed, tried again manually typing failed.
Tried with alternative email accounts, failed. Checked historical emails to see if I changed account email address, nothing.
Tried to recover account with forgot password, nothing. Tried “forgot email” entered domain(s) WHICH I PAY FOR, to send me an email linked with that domain, never recieved an email.
Cannot upgrade to business plan to speak to a real person BECAUSE I CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
Managed to sign up again with my original email, no billing information, no invoices for all previous purchases I have made.
Found in my browsers history from when I know my account was working a link to: https://dash.cloudflare.com/__long__series__of__characters__here__ with the long series of characters appearing to link to each individual cloudflare account (checked this with multiple new accounts on different browsers). When I try to go to the historical link, it stated I didnt have permission to access.
Still waiting on a response but understand that it might be a couple of days.
I can say I am severely dissapointed in the current support options available - and that in order to hopefully get some assistance I have to complain on a community forum. Whilst I am not a subscription customer to get the privilage of talking to someone real-time (although MANY MANY posts say otherwise regarding the quality of Cloudflare support), I pay for Cloudflare services - which I now can’t access.
As stated in all of these emails I am unable to access the “My Cases” section of my account “https://www.support.cloudflare.com/s/case/__my__link__here as I am directed to login, then redirected to a different webpage, then another redirection to a different webpage, then to a " Cannot locate dashboard account” information page, rinse and repeat the sign-ins and redirections all without ever actually getting access to “My Cases”.
