Account loss

Why can’t you access it? Did you lose the password? is it a 2fa issue?

If you do not know the password, you can only recover via the password reset field

I was newly appointed as a domain administrator.

I did not take the’s cloudflare account from the previous domain administrator and he forgot.

In this situation, I need to know my domain account (email, Password) so that I can solve domain errors and ssl certificate problems that appear on site.

In this case you can’t get the CF login. You’ll need to either move hosting back to your registrar/existing host, or sign up for Cloudflare yourself (which it looks like you’ve done). You should add the site via the CF dashboard and follow the instructions. You can get the appropriate IP addresses/DNS records you need to input From your website host.
