I have a domain :aliontimer.com which is registration by a retired emplyee.
Right now how can I get the account user name and password in Cloudflare.
Please help me.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
The easiest way to address a change in management is to work with the previously responsible party to transfer control of the relevant accounts. If that is not possible, but the accounts are associated with a company email, it may be possible to perform a password reset.
The domain is registered through Alibaba Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. You will need to contact them for issues such as domain renewal.
Here is information on Cloudflare login and account issues. Note that is you cannot recover account access using that intimation, you will need to move to a new Cloudflare account.
