What is the issue you’re encountering

One of our IT left the company and did not leave any information rewhgarding the 2FA for the account. Now trying to recover or transfer the account to a different one. Support # was no help. Unable to login with the original account to create new 2FA setup.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

had the username and password to logon to dashboard but the 2FA is missing. Try recovery but it request for a device that was used to logon to before which we dont have.

Hello, you will have to contact Cloudflare Support and ask to disable the 2FA, they have specific processes to verify the account ownership, for security reasons.
