For a few weeks now my account is partially locked. I need to purchase a Pro subscription but I cannot as I get an error that I have open invoices. See screenshot of all my paid invoices.
I also created a ticket a while ago, but no response. Can somebody from the billing team please apply the Pro subscription asap? My creditcard is linked through my account.
Currently I have issues where It says some invoices are not paid. I know for certain that they are and even when I try to pay for a second time, I get an error.
I tried everything, my card is good, my bank says their are no problems and cloudflare is set to be accepted and trusted. I need to us my images subscription, but I have open invoices for months that are not closing and new invoices are paid without issues. CF won’t get me a new subscription for images as I have open invoices. When clicking on pay it says something went wrong. Please help me ASAP, this is getting very unprofessional from your side.
