Account locked due to unpaid bills, but I've paid

When I try to add a new domain, I get an unpaid invoice error: Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323). But I don’t have any unpaid bills. Please help me to solve the issue.

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
