Account issues

I am in the same situation recently. I have a domain that runs good and purchase a new one. Then my account is suspended suddenly. The Trust and Security Team told me that they have sent me a verification link but I did not receive it at all. Then I received the refund. The contact with cloudflare team cost several days/weeks.

I see my colleague escalated your ticket 3240229 to the Trust & Safety team about a week before your post here. Neither support nor anyone in this Community can see issues with T&S.
