Account is downgraded to Free and functionality blocked

Account is downgraded to Free (probably related to the current incident).

Now we are not able to edit or create new Rules. Buying more rules quota doesn’t help, it just says upgrade to Pro (which we already have). The ticket (#3214897) is not updated to 2 days.

Wanted to check if there are any updates. Number of features are still not available since it thinks we are on Free plan.

It is more than a month now. Any chance we can again start using the features we already paid for?
A lot of them are still blocked, since it believes we are on Free Account.
