I wanted to ask how could I know the user we are using so I can access my DNS?

For security and privacy reasons no one at Cloudflare can provide that information. It is important to keep track of your login information. If you lose it, you will need to move your domains to a new account in order to make changes. You might be able to recover your account using the self-service tools.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
