My account was hacked, however my hosting company has addressed the issue and my site is back online. When I tried to login to my Cloudflare account to change my passwords, I was not able to. Furthermore, Cloudflare says that my domain name www dot onefatherslove dot com is not on the internet. I signed up for a new account just so I could login to post this topic. Can someone tell me how to access my account when Cloudflare says I don’t have a domain? And how can I login to my account?
What is the actual error message & where does it appear/when does it happen?
onefatherslove.com
is using cloudflare nameservers
Ah, disregard the above, I see the issue & suspect your account was hacked. A page rule called vz
was added to your account redirecting it to some garbage site.
Can you open an account ticket using the account you are using here and share your ticket number on this thread? You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
You can see and remove the added page rule here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/rules
You can see the rule that was added in your audit log here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log
You should review your membership to make certain you know the members, one of them added the rule to your dashboard, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members
Once you are able to login, change your password, API tokens and enable 2fa. Change your password and enable 2FA here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/profile/authentication, change your API key & token here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens
On your ticket, share the email of your account, the website name and any other details you’d like and once you have that, please share your ticket number here. Sorry for the issues.
