Deleting your account won’t help fix your website if you have already pointed the nameservers away from Cloudflare, the issue cannot be caused by Cloudflare.
If you do want to remove your account, though:

That domain is still using Cloudflare name servers. It looks like it’s registered with Ionos. You’d have to go to your account there and set the name servers there to the ones recommended by your host. This was Step 3 in the instructions @domjh linked to.

Yes. I have written 1and1 and had them reset the name server to their default but cloudfare just wouldn’t go out. Hence, the reason why I requested to close my account with cloudfare completely.
That will not fix the problem. This has to be fixed at your registrar. As long as they keep telling the world that your name servers are at Cloudflare, you’ll have this problem. You need to direct your efforts toward your registrar.
