Account deactivated for nameservers which have not changed on registrar

Cloudfare is saying now after successfully activating the account nearly a month ago that the registrar configuration has changed when it has not. The activation was successful on 4th April 21, then after a notification on 27th April 21 the system has reverted back to reporting the DNS servers are not set when they are.
Is this what is to be expected from Cloudfare as I was expecting to setup the configuration and it just works.

There were a rash of these notices recently which turned out to be cases where the same domain was on another account as well.

Have you confirmed that the two name servers assigned at the bottom of your DNS page are the same two (and the only two) listed at your registrar?

What’s the domain?

Only see one domain associated with your account and it currently has a status of https://icann.org/epp#clientHold That status is set by your registrar, so you’ll want to discuss the details with them. Sorry that’s caused you an issue.

pt-az.cloud is the domain. I changed the name servers back to the registrars now to see if it changes from the stramge SOA which is going to be the main part of the issue.
