Account broken. Can't open tickets anymore?

I have a paid pro account. I can no longer open support tickets. When i do, it appears that a ticket opens, but when i click on thelink with the ticket number, i am immediately logged out. The URL appears to have an “invalid user” error message. I have no idea how to get this resolved.

Did you get the email notifications saying tickets have been opened? If so, can you share the ticket number(s)
