Hi Cloudflare Support Team,

I’m encountering some issues with the renewal of the domain vancouverlenceria.com, which I have registered with you. It seems the renewal failed due to a payment error with my credit card. The details of the invoice are as follows:

Invoice Number: IN1103784
Date: April 9, 2024

I’m not sure why the payment didn’t go through, and the link to the invoice is no longer working. We have a deadline to renew the domain by October 7th.

Could you please assist in unblocking the domain registration so we can complete the renewal?

I’ve tried reaching out to support, but all I’ve received are automated bot responses that aren’t helpful, and it’s been two days

Thanks for the support. I noticed my ticket was closed 17 hours ago with the message: ‘It is currently being reviewed, and Trust and Safety will reach out to you as soon as possible to address this.’

However, I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, and time is running out as October 7th is approaching quickly.
