I have an Admin that was unable to reset the 2FA. I attempted to remove the user and add them back but is not allowing them access due to the email being associated with the account previously. We attempt to sign in with the account that was blocked but am constantly stopped at the 2FA step. Is there a team that can reset the 2FA or account to setup the account once more?
If you are able to login to dash.cloudflare.com and open a ticket, please do that and add the admin that is having issues to the ticket. Share the number here once you have done that so that I can escalate to my colleauges.
Please submit a new support request from the email address you used to register your Cloudflare account. You should open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard following these steps:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on “Support” in the top right corner, from the drop down select Help Center.
- Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select “My activities” where you will see your existing requests.
- Scroll to the bottom of the “My Requests” page and click “Submit a request”. Add the affected admin on the ticket and enter 2fa reset in the summary.
