Account access - can not access existing account

Hello, I am attempting the access my organisations Cloudflare account, however the individual who created the account no longer works here. I have access to the email account and have attempted the password reset but it is not working. Does anyone have any advice for how to gain access to the account to change the email account linked to it or a phone number that I can contact Cloudflare on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have you tried checking your spam folder? If there’s nothing there, it’s likely the previous admin disabled email alerts.

Is your organization on a paid plan? If not, it’s usually easier to start over on a new account.

Thanks for your suggestion @sdayman! It looks as though the account was not on a paid plan so I will investigate starting a new account. Thanks again :slight_smile:
