Accidental transfer of domain while it's locked

I initiated a transfer of domain from Porkbun to Cloudflare. Unfortunately, I didn’t unlock the domain before starting the transfer. The current status of the domain transfer on Cloudflare is “Transfer in progress”. I was already charged for the transfer.

What should be the correct next steps to get this corrected without getting charged again?

Have you since unlocked the domain? It might still go through.
