What is the issue you’re encountering
In a Tenancy, all billing is managed by one centralized account.
Via API, I accidentally deleted this centralized billing account. The account is an empty one with just the payment details (all invoices for all accounts goes here). The result is that I now have a tenancy where I can no longer access or pay invoices for any of the accounts subscriptions.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have opened a support ticket on December 18th but no response yet.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Identify the billing account id
- Delete it via API: Cloudflare API | Accounts › delete
You are left with an partner account, where all the sub accounts print: Managed Billing - Billing for this account is managed by your partner although said account is removed and partner can no longer pay the invoices.
There doesn’t seem to be a way to set a new account to be the billing account for the tenancy, or restore the old one.
Feature improvement request:
Make it so you cannot delete the account that manages billing if account type is Tenancy.
